Start with punctuality

Nothing says more about a person than always being on time. If you show up to work right before your shift starts, your manager will see that you respect your job and the company you’re working for. They will also see that you’re dependable, which can even motivate them to give you bigger projects.

Adjust to how your manager communicates

Every manager is different and therefore, communicates in a different way. Some bosses prefer to relay orders like a drill sergeant while others prefer a more laidback approach.
